The ideal length for our assembly presentations is one hour. We are able to customize the presentation to fit within a shorter time frame, but the minimum time needed is 45 minutes.

If you need a specific date, you'll want to try to schedule at least six months in advance. If your dates are flexible, you can usually schedule an assembly with only a few months notice. Keep in mind that October, November, and April are our busiest months and you may need to schedule these dates as far as a year in advance.

Nothing (other than the students). R5 supplies a state-of-the-art professional sound system (with sound capacity for up to 3,000 students), microphones, set-up crew and all supplies needed for the assembly presentation. Our team will need to arrive one hour in advance of the assembly time to set-up and will need one hour after the assembly to clean up. We ask that the school also be open to provide lunch for our crew if the assembly is scheduled close to lunch time.

The assembly can be held in either the gymnasium or auditorium, but the gymnasium is more conducive to our program. R5 provides floor coverings for both gymnasium and auditorium floors to ensure total protection.

We have done presentations for as many as 3,000 students at once. The ideal size for one assembly is anywhere from 500 to 1,500 students. If your student body is larger than 1,500 students, we recommend scheduling two assemblies.

The cost of a typical school assembly presentation is $1250. There are discounts for multiple assemblies as well as special packages available (see price list).

Our assembly presentations qualify for most local, state and federal grants. Check with local government and law enforcement agencies, as well as community foundations for available grants.
